Valery Tereshchuk graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Candidate of Technical Sciences, senior researcher of the A. A. Blagonravov IMASH RAS, full member of the Academy of Cosmonautics. K.E. Tsiolkovsky.

He was awarded the medal “Veteran of Labor of the USSR”, the medal “For Merits in inventing VOIR” and the badge “Inventor of the USSR”. He was awarded five gold medals, diplomas and a special prize and a gold medal from the Federation of Cosmonautics of the Russian Federation at the International Salons of Inventions and New Technologies “Novoye Vremya” in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020.

Research interests: combustion of metals in active environments, extreme state of matter, development and application of alloys and composites based on Al for hydrogen generation, chemistry and physics of transition metal hydrides, creation of a car, aircraft, diesel locomotive on hydrogen fuel without hydrogen on board.

He has 40 scientific papers, 30 copyright certificates and patents of the Russian Federation for inventions.
